A commission to design a balustrade for an artist's studio and home.

The structure is laser cut and folded resulting in a very rigid structure. The appearance of the form changes with the angle of view. Seen straight on, the holes look square. When viewed at an angle, the holes morph into triangles.

With apertures measuring 100mm in diameter, it also conforms to current Building Regulations.
